if I had to quit what I was good at I wouldbe very mad and if people did not let me do what i wanted i would be very sad.
Chapter 1
1. What problems or conflicts are presented in chapter one? Tao needing to find a rabbit is an obvious one; identify at least two more.
2. Predict the resolution of each conflict.
Chapter 2
What two important events happen in this chapter? well one important reason that Tao isn't a good hunter hunter so he could eat . and also because Tao help the wolf dog take out his splinter!! also he took some acorns
Chapter 3
1. What do Tao and Ram learn to do together? Tao and Ram learned how to hunt together in the woods and they also caught a rabbit.
2. What decision does Tao tell Volt?
He tells him that he is going to go hunting by him self. Volt tells Tao to go hunting by himself because he wanted to hunt with Ram.
3. Look at Tao's decisions and actions from Volt's perspective. Pretend you are Volt. Write a first person paragraph explaining how you feel. I feel that you could go hunt with Ram as long as he is very friendly . and he helps us hunt and get us food so we do not starve . we need some food so let's go get some food now!!!

2. Which is easier for him and why? Ram was easier because he seen the way he runs and he knew him for a while.
Tao tries to draw Ram because he easy cause he seen the way Ram . the second animal Tao tries to draw is a horse but he didint cause it was to complicating so he drew the wolf dog witch is ram.

well Tao mother is a good mom because she try to protect Tao . she refused to give away her son .and she also had to fight just not to let go of her son . but those people got a hold of Tao. and his mother had past away .And he never saw his mother again!!!

tao broke a by drawing,hunting with ram. and another rule is that he is going to the slough.

I dissagree with graybeard cause tao should do what he always wanted to do is draw,and draw.

An important theme in this novel is that people should follow their dreams and do what they believe is right, even if they don't follow their society's expected ways.
The author examines this theme in a stone age setting. Imagine a similar situation today.
What situation did you imagine? I imagined that if ij wanted to do something i would not care what anybody said i would just do whati wanted to do for a long time.
In the situation you imagined, should the person follow his or her dreams or should they follow society's rules? Give your opinion.

well grayeard changed his mine i think cause he understand tao so he let tao do what he always dreamed so he let him doit but he had to erase his drawings.

tao almost got caught by his people where he lives and they would of killed him.

Do you think Graybeard is a good teacher? Why?
Would you like to have been taught a skill by him? Why? i think graybeard is a good teacher but very strict and if he was my teacher i would not listen cause i would be very angry.

the ingredients to make paint are egg yoak,animal fat these are some things to use to make paint the animal fat surprised me how to make paint .

i think that tao shouldn't show off ram because they will kill him for food .

tao cross the river cause he heared howling that sound like rm for a minute and graybeard told him that he could not stay with them.
